The Good Healing Firm is hiring! We are a Group Practice that serves clients in multiple states.

Our present open role is a 1099 per diem position for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) providing short-term solution focused psychotherapy to clients. We have a contract with a Global EAP company providing individual or couples therapy or working with children and adolescents. You decide which population you serve. This is a 100% remote position. Important notations about this role:
  • Therapists provide on average about 6-8 sessions for this clientele
  • The EAP provides background check, onboarding and credentialing
  • Rate is $80-$85 per session depending on experience
  • Late cancellation or No-Show appointments are still compensated at 50% of your rate.
  • Therapists create their own schedule. This is a 100% remote position. Must be fully and independently licensed.
We are hiring all over the United States but seeking LICSWs in Rhode Island as there is a high demand of clients in this state. Therapists interested in becoming licensed in MA or NH is a plus as there is a demand in those states too!

Interested professionals, would submit a cover letter and their resume (include their license # on the resume) and express interest in the position.

Applicants that submit a resume with no cover letter will not be considered or reviewed.
