License Procedure for Social Workers is a portion of the social worker privilege statute. It applies to social workers. There are other statutes that apply to psychologists, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and chemical dependency professionals:

Mental Health Law - this portion of the mental health law applies to hospitals and programs that are given facility status by the Department of Mental Health, Retardation and Hospitals.
